Refund policy

At Act of Garage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process: Customers are responsible for returning the item themselves via a postal service, all associated costs are to be covered by the customer. Please send the return to the following address: Act of Garage, Collse Heide 28, 5674 VN, Nuenen, Netherlands. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly. Don't forget to mention your name and/or order number.
   

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Don't forget to mention your name, order number, and desired new item.
