1. Processing Time: If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM (GMT +1), we ship your order the same day.
   

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via the trusted carriers PostNL and DHL Express. We utilize PostNL for shipments within Europe, while outside Europe, we rely on DHL Express. With DHL Express, orders are delivered within 3 business days.
   

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. PostNL shipping within the European Union usually takes 3-7 business days. DHL Express shipments are delivered within 3 business days.
   

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
